We have ceramic coated over 100 cars, bikes, RVs, etc. and the brand that we've come to love and Respect is Adams Graphene Ceramic Coating. The ceramic coating application only takes about an hour and a half but the secret to a long lasting good looking ceramic coating application is in the "prep work". The entire process takes approximately 7 - 9 hours, below are the steps:

Triple Foam wash
Chemical Decontamination (iron remover)
Mechanical Decontamination (clay treatment)

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car to you?

Both. We are mobile across the South Bay and the beach cities, and there is a shop in Hawthorne if you would rather drop the car off. You pick which when you book.

What areas do you cover?

Redondo Beach, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Hawthorne, El Segundo, Lawndale, Gardena, Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Westchester, Playa Vista, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Carson, Lomita, Signal Hill, Seal Beach and Westminster. If you are just outside one of them, call and ask.

How much does a detail cost?

Interior starts at $150 for a sedan with the Interior Refresh, or $250 for the full Interior Reset. Exterior starts at $175 for the Royal Detail and $325 for the Showroom Detail. Every price is set by vehicle size — sedan, SUV or oversized — and the full table is on each service page.

Why might the price go up?

Excessive dirtiness — pet hair, sand, staining, bug guts, tree sap, water spots — and black paint can lead to a slight upcharge. Heavy pet hair, sand or staining moves an interior into the RESET package. We tell you before we start, not after.

How long does a ceramic coating take?

A full seven to nine hours of prep before the coating goes on. We use Adams Graphene and have coated over 100 cars, bikes and RVs. It comes in 2 year, 5 year and 7 year options.

Is anything included with the ceramic coating?

Every 7 Year Coating comes with a complimentary full interior detail.

What are your hours?

We are reachable Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments run in a small number of set slots each day rather than a walk-in schedule, so the Book Online button shows the real open times.

Can I book online?

I highly recommend South Bay Royal Detailing!!!! Our car had holograms from a poor polish job done by the previous owner and it looked terrible! Luckily we found South Bay Royal Detailing to save the day! Daniel, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to correct the issue. We took our car to his shop and he corrected the paint and ceramic coated the car. After his amazing work, our car looks amazing!

I had an outstanding experience with South Bay Royal Detailing. They applied a ceramic coating to my Ford Bronco and went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the entire undercarriage. The finish looks incredible—deep gloss, smooth surface, and excellent attention to every detail. The undercarriage looks better than it did when it left the dealership.

Danny was a great guy, super helpful, and did amazing work. The car had light damage to the clear coat from isopropyl alcohol and he was able to restore the entire car to showroom quality. Any time I need a cleaning or detail, I’ll 100% be going back.
