Ceramic Coating in Hawthorne and the South Bay
We have ceramic coated over 100 cars, bikes, RVs, etc. and the brand that we've come to love and Respect is Adams Graphene Ceramic Coating. The ceramic coating application only takes about an hour and a half but the secret to a long lasting good looking ceramic coating application is in the "prep work". The entire process takes approximately 7 - 9 hours, below are the steps:
The process
- Triple Foam wash
- Chemical Decontamination (iron remover)
- Mechanical Decontamination (clay treatment)
- Paint enhancement (machine polish to enhance gloss) Paint Correction = Extra
- Panel prep (ipa wipe to clean paint) Single layer application on:
- Paint
- Lights
- Plastic/Chrome trim/Emblems
- Wheels ($50 more)
- Windows ($100 more)
- Leather Coating ($50 per seat or $200 all 5 seats)

How long does a ceramic coating take?
A full seven to nine hours of prep before the coating goes on. It is a full day at our Hawthorne shop.
Which coating do you use?
Adams Graphene. It comes in 2 year, 5 year and 7 year options, priced by vehicle size.
Is anything included with the 7 year coating?
Yes. Every 7 Year Coating comes with a complimentary full interior detail.
Can a ceramic coating be done at my home?
No. Ceramic is done at our Hawthorne shop because the coating needs a controlled space to cure.
